Over the course of an 8-day program, a group of 12–15 participants will collaborate to create a final piece that embodies their transformative journey.
Throughout the week, you will be held and supported by a dedicated team of over 10 master teachers, artists, and staff members, guiding you with care and expertise every step of the way.

Hidden in the quiet hills of San Juan, Can Bamboo becomes the sacred home of our creative journey, a secluded Ibicencan finca surrounded by forest, vineyard, and a mature orchard of over 200 trees. This unique setting offers a rare combination of authenticity, tranquility, and natural beauty, creating the ideal container for the transformative work of UNO.
The villa unfolds across expansive outdoor spaces where nature gently holds every moment: a salt-water lagoon pool that feels carved from the land itself, shaded bamboo lounges for slow mornings, and panoramic valley views that color the sky at sunset. Scattered chill-outs, sun-soaked terraces, and intimate corners offer endless places to rest, integrate, or let your imagination wander.
Sustainable bamboo decks, including a large yoga platform overlooking the treetops, invite daily embodiment practices, meditations, and quiet reflection.
Inside, the house maintains a rustic sophistication: warm textures, serene rooms, and a sense of stillness that encourages presence. With multiple living spaces, private bedrooms, and a charming countryside kitchen, the finca becomes a true sanctuary for both gathering and retreating inward when needed.

We have been creating for many years with different groups of people, and throughout this time we have been driven by the desire to explore new ways of working together, new ways of co-creating pieces that speak about who we are, our stories, and the experiences that shape our lives.
We’ve learned how to translate all of this into movement, actions, and moments that stay with us long after the work is finished.
Now we feel called to share this with others, to invite people into our creative world, a world that has transformed us time and time again. A world where expression becomes a doorway, collaboration becomes alchemy, and creation becomes a mirror of the soul.
The word ritual already carries a powerful meaning.
Symbolic ritual has accompanied humanity since our earliest steps as Homo sapiens. Long before writing or organized religion existed, we danced around the fire, painted caves with natural pigments, and buried our dead with meaningful objects. These were ways to connect with the mysteries of life, to ask nature for rain, fertility, good harvests. But also to mark transitions: births, deaths, unions, farewells.
Art and ritual were not separate. They were sacred languages to express the invisible, to bring order to chaos, to transform the human experience.
Returning to ritual today is about remembering that ancestral ability to infuse an action, an object, a moment with meaning. It’s about reconnecting with our creative power—with that part of us that can look at a rock and fill it with significance, that can turn a simple gesture into something sacred.

The UNO Retreat follows a sliding-scale contribution system, with a base range. You are invited to choose the amount that feels aligned with your financial capacity. Those who are able to contribute more support the participation of others by making the experience more accessible. Accommodation is not included in the retreat price; however, all meals are included within the accommodation cost.
The villa offers different room options, from shared spaces to private single rooms. You will be able to select your preferred accommodation during the registration process.
